Welcome to Loya Store. By accessing or using this website ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Loya Store.

1. Use of the Website

Loya Store is an informational website operated by Loya (@that_loya_girl). The Site showcases curated product recommendations ("Picks") and pre-owned or review-used items available for purchase ("Thrift"). No account creation is required to browse the Site.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You must not misuse the Site in any way, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its related systems.

2. Affiliate Link Disclosure

Some product links on Loya Store (particularly "Loya Picks") are Amazon affiliate links. When you click these links and make a purchase on Amazon, Loya Store may earn a small commission. This is at no additional cost to you. The price you pay on Amazon is exactly the same whether or not you arrived via an affiliate link.

All product recommendations reflect Loya's honest, independent opinions based on personal use. Affiliate relationships do not influence the products featured or the content of any review.

3. Loya Thrift — Terms of Sale

The Thrift section features items that are brand new products — purchased and used once by Loya for review and filming purposes only. All thrift items are authentic and original.

  • All sales are final. Once payment is confirmed and the item is dispatched, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted unless the item arrives damaged or significantly not as described.
  • Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are calculated based on your delivery location. Shipping details are communicated over WhatsApp before payment is finalised.
  • Availability is not guaranteed until explicitly confirmed by us over WhatsApp. Listing an item does not constitute a reservation.
  • We ship pan-India via trusted courier partners.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos via WhatsApp or email and we will work to resolve the issue fairly.

4. WhatsApp Ordering Process

Purchases from the Thrift section are facilitated informally through WhatsApp. The process is as follows:

  • You click "Claim on WhatsApp" and send us a message expressing interest in a product.
  • We confirm availability and share payment details (UPI ID or bank transfer information).
  • You confirm your delivery address and complete the payment.
  • We dispatch the item and share a tracking number via WhatsApp.

An order is only considered confirmed once we have acknowledged your payment via WhatsApp. WhatsApp messages constitute the record of the transaction.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Loya Store — including but not limited to product reviews, photos, descriptions, videos, branding, and website design — is the intellectual property of Loya Store and Loya (@that_loya_girl). You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this Site without prior written permission.

Product images sourced from Amazon or other third-party retailers remain the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes under fair use principles.

6. Limitation of Liability

Loya Store acts as an information resource and affiliate promoter for third-party products sold on Amazon. We are not responsible for:

  • The quality, delivery, or availability of products purchased directly through Amazon.
  • Any changes in pricing, product availability, or listings on third-party platforms.
  • Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on this Site.

For Amazon purchases, your contract is directly with Amazon and subject to Amazon's own terms, refund policy, and customer service.

7. Disclaimer

Product reviews and recommendations on Loya Store represent personal opinions based on Loya's experience. Individual results may vary. We make no guarantees regarding the performance of any product. Always read the manufacturer's instructions before use.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
